He is from a very abusive and neglected home. We have struggled all these years for what was diagnosed as ADD. The meds do obviously help him. But he still shows a lot of concerning problems. He was once termed as blissfully unconcerned by a teacher. I now think it is a serious lack of ego development. How would I work with a teen to develop a stronger ego.
